feat: Add SaaS backend source - server.js + demo_module.js

- server.js: Full SaaS backend (auth, instances, store, billing, admin)
- demo_module.js: Free demo system (OneCloud VMs, SSE telemetry, provider pool)

Plans: Community (free) | Studio (test) | Enterprise (test)
