Before transplanting organs between models, you need to understand what's inside.
Organ Architect visualizes layers, attention heads, and topology of GGUF models.

## Deploy
```bash
pip install fastapi uvicorn python-multipart
python organ_architect.py
# → Web UI + API at http://localhost:7940
```
