SALKA-IX LICENSE v1.0

Copyright © Elmadani Salka. All rights reserved.
Pending: SALKA HOLDING SA (Switzerland, Canton of Zug)

ARTICLE 1 — PREAMBLE

The Inference-X project was created by Elmadani Salka to make AI inference accessible to everyone, everywhere, without compromise. This license ensures the project remains free for community use while protecting the creator's rights and guaranteeing honest revenue sharing.

This license exists to make it impossible to profit from this work without contributing back.

  • Academic and research use (non-distributed)
  • Community tools and plugins published in the IX Store

ARTICLE 5 — ABSOLUTE PROHIBITIONS

Regardless of license type, the following are always prohibited:

  1. Removing or obscuring the creator's name from any public-facing output
  2. Claiming ownership of the Inference-X name, brand, or project
  3. Attempting hostile acquisition of the project, its IP, or its community infrastructure
  4. Using IX technology for mass surveillance, biometric profiling without consent, or authoritarian control
  5. Selling user data generated through IX-powered applications
  6. Violating human rights as defined by the UN Declaration

Violation of any prohibition results in immediate license termination and potential legal action.

ARTICLE 6 — REVENUE SHARING (IMMUTABLE)

All revenue flowing through the IX ecosystem is split:

  • 20% → Rights Holder (Elmadani Salka / SALKA HOLDING) — permanent, irrevocable
  • 80% → Community Fund — managed by elected Core Team

This split cannot be modified by any party, including the Core Team, under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 7 — PROVIDER ECONOMICS (THE INVERTED PARADIGM)

Providers pay IX for the right to serve IX users. Users pay providers directly for compute. IX retains zero user data.

Provider fees: Starter €5K/year, Standard €20K/year, Premium €50K/year, plus 3% of IX-referred revenue.

ARTICLE 8 — IMMUTABLE ATTRIBUTION

The name "Elmadani Salka" and the brand "Inference-X" must appear:

  • In binary headers of all compiled outputs
  • In all API response headers (X-IX-Creator: Elmadani Salka)
  • In all documentation footers
  • In all model cards for models trained with IX
  • In all user interfaces powered by IX

This requirement survives forks, acquisitions, and license changes.

ARTICLE 9 — GOVERNANCE PROTECTION

The community controls: code, IX Store, site content, and roadmap.
The community cannot modify: this license, the 20% royalty, attribution requirements, or the creator's rights.

ARTICLE 10 — FORK RIGHTS

Forks are permitted under these conditions:

  1. Must be licensed under SALKA-IX v1.0 or later
  2. Must preserve all attribution requirements
  3. The 20% royalty applies to any revenue generated
  4. Must not be used to create a competing platform claiming to replace IX

ARTICLE 11 — SUCCESSION

Upon the death or incapacitation of Elmadani Salka, all rights pass to designated successors as named in private succession documents held by SALKA HOLDING SA. The IX Guardian role in community governance protects these rights.

ARTICLE 12 — JURISDICTION

Until SALKA HOLDING SA is constituted: French law, Paris courts.
After constitution: Swiss law, Canton of Zug courts.
International disputes: ICC arbitration, Geneva.

ARTICLE 13 — VERSION IMMUTABILITY

Future versions of this license:

  • Cannot reduce the 20% royalty
  • Cannot remove attribution requirements
  • Cannot weaken the prohibitions in Article 5
  • Cannot transfer rights to any party other than the Rights Holder's successors
